The Board has established a Volunteer Support Committee to help foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone who volunteers with The Muni.

The purpose of the Volunteer Support Committee is to help foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all Muni volunteers. The committee will provide a forum for identifying volunteer concerns, discussing opportunities for improvement, and recommending practical processes that support volunteer safety, communication, and overall experience throughout the Muni season. The committee will work collaboratively within the existing Muni structure to help identify, evaluate, and address issues affecting volunteers across all areas of the organization.

• Listen to volunteer concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Recommend practical solutions to strengthen the volunteer experience.

• Encourage open communication between volunteers and leadership.

• Help ensure volunteers feel heard, supported, and valued throughout the season.​​
