ABOUT THE SHOW
Set in the Pride Lands of Africa, Disney’s The Lion King Jr. tells a story of courage, responsibility, and the circle of life. Based on the beloved Disney film, the musical follows Simba, a young lion destined to be king, who must navigate the challenges of growing up while honoring his father’s legacy. Along the way, he finds friendship with the spirited meerkat Timon and loyal warthog Pumbaa, and reconnects with his wise and loving mother, Sarabi.

Facing the treacherous schemes of his uncle Scar, Simba must confront fear, embrace his destiny, and learn what it truly means to lead. Themes of family, identity, and bravery intertwine in this vibrant tale of heart and heroism. Featuring iconic songs by Elton John and Tim Rice, this dazzling musical reminds us that the greatest strength comes from believing in ourselves and the ones we love.
