Anonymous Post-Production Surveys

Following each production, performers, production staff, and volunteers are invited to complete an anonymous survey about auditions, rehearsals, performances, and their overall experience.

 

Participants also have an opportunity to share concerns and suggest improvements for future productions.

• Mamma Mia: Survey distributed on June 6, 2026, and closed on June 20, 2026.

• All Shook Up: Survey distributed on June 27, 2026, and closed on July 11, 2026.

• Prince of Egypt: Survey distributed on July 18, 2026.

• Frozen: Survey planned for distribution on August 8, 2026

• Lion King Jr.: Survey planned for distribution on August 22, 2026.

Leadership Check-ins

Throughout each production, Board leadership communicates regularly with directors and key production staff to identify concerns early and address issues whenever possible. After each production, leadership conducts debrief meetings to discuss successes, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.

Production Best Practices

The Production Committee is reviewing and reinforcing best practices that support volunteers, strengthen safeguards for underage cast members, and improve the documentation and communication of concerns.

Leadership Training

The Board is exploring additional training opportunities for Board members, directors, and key volunteers focused on respectful communication, volunteer leadership, and fostering a positive production environment.
