Code of Conduct update 

The Muni is updating its Code of Conduct to better reflect the respectful, welcoming, and safe environment we expect for everyone who participates in our organization.

The Code of Conduct applies to all volunteers, including members of the Board.

​Community Input
The Bylaws and Policy Committee will gather feedback from a variety of stakeholder groups before final policy recommendations to the Code of Conduct and other governing documents are made.

Those groups will include:

• Directors/Stage Managers (Completed July 12, 2026)

• Actors (Being Scheduled)

• Parents (Being Scheduled)

• Other volunteers & community members (Being Scheduled) 

Next Steps:

• Schedule stakeholder meetings.

• Following these small-group discussions, The Muni will host a moderated community forum to provide an opportunity for broader community input before final recommendations are presented to the Board of Managers (this is anticipated in late August/early September).
